Mentorship

Daily life is stressful. Are you in need of advice? Offered: more than 25 yrs leadership experience; 20 yrs of personnel management & US military experience; managed multi-billion $$ programs & multi-million $$ projects; and >500 personnel concurrently.

Available: short term (<36mos) , long term (>36mos), and shareholder partnering.

Hourly and contract rates: $55-65/hr and contracts starting at $3,500.

Subscription

Leadership and Management styles are based upon the employee is the business which makes the business highly effective and profitable.

Every situation and most environments are different, please provide a detailed description of intended outcome or result; situational dynamics; and/or overall expectations for a solidified quote.

Rates: $95-115/hr; contracts are negotiated based upon specifics.
